ASSIGNMENT PROFILES
Introduction An MNC with 12 business units in India approached AA to work with one of it’s units on a high level initiative for performance enhancement. Defining the Problem AA conducted a ‘Dip-Stick’ diagnostic that top management team synergy level was key to performance enhancement. Key focus areas were: · Inter – department issue resolution · Cross – Functional initiatives Developing a Solution and Implementation Plan AA used the JAOBI technique for issue identification and came up with 360 cross functional issues across 10 departments. Deploying the Plan AA provided continuous mentoring support with periodic intervention sessions to review progress and facilitate course corrections. Demonstrating Effectiveness Effectiveness of the assignment was seen through issue resolution. Details are as follows.
Initiatives resulted in: · Re-engineering organization structure for quality improvement · Upgrading IT environment Designing and Delivering a Maintenance Plan AA worked with the client to set up a framework to enhance processes and best practices from sister business units to sustain and grow to higher performance levels. The assignment closed in the 9th month.
